Things to see in London

There are plenty of things to see in London, below is a list of nearby attractions close to us.

Hyde Park:

Consisting of 350 acres, Hyde Park is one of London’s most famous Royal Parks and provides lots of recreational activities. Stay with us at the J Hotel, Hyde Park is on our doorstep.


Madame Tussauds:

Situated in Marylebone Road, is the ultimate celebrity fun day out, wax museum, which will get you up close to your favourite stars from around the World.  Stay with us at the J Hotel just 10 minutes away by Tube.


Covent Garden:

Vibrant Covent Garden in London’s West End is a must-see destination for anyone who enjoys shopping, theatre, restaurants, bars, history and culture. Take the Piccadily and Central lines from Queensway to Covent Garden station.


Tower of London:

The Tower of London has become established as one of the most popular tourist attractions in the country.  At least six ravens are kept at the Tower at all times. This is in accordance with the belief that if they are absent, the kingdom will fall.


Trafalgar Square:

Trafalgar Square was designed by John Nash in the 1820s and constructed in the 1830s. The Square itself has many interesting sights including Nelson’s Column, The National Gallery, and St. Martin-in-the-Fields. Take the Circle line from Bayswater to Leicester Square station, your journey will take circa 14 mins.


Royal Albert Hall:

The Royal Albert Hall is one of the world’s most famous stages. Opened by Queen Victoria in 1871, the hall hosts more than 360 events a year, including classical music, jazz, world music, circus, rock, pop, opera, dance, comedy and tennis. A leisurely walk from the J Hotel through Kensington Gardens, passing Kensington Palace, will bring you directly to Royal Albert Hall.
